  Established the JCCGW's current hiring procedures; created the new employee performance evaluation and annual review system; developed goal-setting mechanisms for supervisors and supervisees that promote ongoing employee interaction.

Research!America (Alexandria, VA):
  Wrote new procedures that standardized hiring of employees and background checks; developed policies for purchasing goods or services; instituted procedures and controls for expenditure of organizational funds.

Hillel (Washington, DC):

♦ Oversaw and managed development of several new personnel policies at Hillel, including family leave policy and privacy rights policy based on FERPA.
